These terms apply to toetag.app, The Obits newsletter and Toe Tag's channels on X and Telegram (together, "Toe Tag"). Toe Tag is operated by Adrian Ignacio Albors, an individual based in Argentina ("we"). By using Toe Tag you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
1. Information only
Toe Tag publishes general information about crypto assets based on public data. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Read the risk disclosure. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
2. Who can use Toe Tag
Toe Tag is intended for adults in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old. Using it from elsewhere is at your own initiative, and you are responsible for following your local laws.
3. No warranty
Toe Tag is provided "as is" and "as available". Data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and services can be interrupted. We don't guarantee that any reading, rate or piece is accurate, complete or up to date.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Toe Tag is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, Toe Tag, including trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party data or services.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape Toe Tag at scale, resell or republish our readings or data as your own, try to break or overload the service, or use Toe Tag to promote tokens or mislead others. Quoting a short part of a piece with a link back is fine.
6. Our content
Texts, charts and data compilations on Toe Tag are ours unless credited otherwise. Third-party data belongs to its providers and is credited where it appears.
7. The Obits
The Obits is free. You subscribe by confirming your email, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every issue. See the privacy policy.
8. Paid features
Toe Tag doesn't sell anything today. If we add paid features, their terms (price, billing and refunds) will be published before anyone can buy them.
9. Third-party links
We link to other sites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site or in The Obits.
